"Landlord not sure, but says Devlin lived in
West Rose property some time around year 2000"

Prior to this he is know to have stayed above a garage
(I think ?) at his parents home in Webster Groves.
 

The above puts Devlin's last change of address somewhere in 2001.
Nice Two bedroom house to small 'dingy' apartment complex.
Why?? Something to hide??
 

Remember the Task Force is still after information regarding Devlins travels throught Missouri
espcially Washington County, Lincoln County, St. Charles County and Phelps County.
